Docs to Markdown Pro is a Google Docs Editor Add-on that helps you convert Google Docs into Markdown format or a clean HTML format. Additionally it supports exporting Google Docs as Markdown to GitHub or GitLab.

Installation

You can install the Docs to Markdown Pro (opens in a new tab) add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Launching Docs to Markdown Pro

After installing, launch the add on using the Extensions -> Docs to Markdown Pro menu in the Google Docs Editor.
